Growing up, I always had a passion for sports and physical fitness. As a soccer player, my love for fitness was fostered in the consistent work put in the gym during the off-season. I began participating in CrossFit at 16 years old to optimize my performance on the field and fell in love. In college, I founded a CrossFit based fitness through The University of Findlay where I my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I have been coaching CrossFit for 7 years and love to combine my knowledge of CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning and Physical Therapy to individualize workouts for our athletes and meet them where they are at.
When I am not at the gym, I love spending time outside with my husband, Nate, and our fur child, Piper.
