What is CrossFit?

Balance & Stability
Steadfast Masters is our Seniors (60+) CrossFit Class. This class meets twice per week on Tuesday and Thursday at 9AM. This class will emphasize:
- Overall strength development – emphasizing core and hips
- Balance and stability
- Flexibility
- Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance (conditioning)
Focus on conditioning and fat loss
Steadfast Burn is a coach-led, high-energy, and fast-paced class. Steadfast Burn will focus on conditioning and fat loss – participants will be challenged to push themselves alongside their peers as they move between workout stations within the 30 to 40 minute class time. Workouts will utilize minimal gym equipment and can easily be replicated at home, on the road, or individually in the gym. When: Monday and Wednesday at 9 amTuesday and Thursday at 7:15 pm Who is it for?

- People looking to increase fat loss through conditioning
- Individuals interested in a fast-paced program in a peer-oriented setting
Steadfast Barbell
Olympic Weightlifting
This is our flagship program and what started it all. We work with kids, teens, adults, and masters athletes with one goal in mind: Mastering the Barbell.
Who is it for?
- Competitive and Amateur weightlifters
- People who already enjoy lifting weights and those who are interested in getting started
- People interested in trying something new/different
- Athletes looking to increase power, strength, explosiveness, or to refine technique
- People interested in a program that adds structure, guidance, and coaching
Emphasize strength & power development
Short for Steadfast Barbell POWERLIFTING, our POWER-LIFT program is a Competitive Powerlifting program for athletes interested in competing. Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. This program is appropriate for high school, collegiate, and/or other adult athletes who are interested in competing.
Steadfast POWER-LIFT is also great for high school or collegiate student athletes who really want to emphasize strength and power development for sport, but not necessarily to compete in Powerlifting as a sport. A more advanced program, athletes must either test into or be invited to participate.
Improve their technique in the traditional lifts
Steadfast Strength is a strength development program in a coach-lead class setting geared towards both new and experienced lifters.
The programming will combine time-tested principles of powerlifting (squat, press, deadlift, bench), classic bodybuilding (hypertrophy and accessory work), and a few of our other favorite elements (odd objects, heavy holds, gymnastics). Bigger, stronger, faster athletes
This Weightlifting program for student-athletes is a sport-specific/athlete-specific strength & conditioning program that emphasizes Olympic-style Weightlifting, general strength training, and speed and agility work to produce dominant student-athletes in any sport.

Steadfast Nutrition Coaching
What it is: Personalized nutrition coaching for anyone wanting to reach body, health, habit, or mindset goals using a flexible, macro-based approach to nutrition with the guidance, support, and accountability of a certified nutrition coach.
What is the cost: $165 monthly with a 3 month commitment.It takes time to learn and build better habits. We ask for a 3 month commitment to maximize results and help build sustainable habits.
What you get: Personalized macronutrient and calorie recommendation based on goals.Weekly Check ins to receive feedback from your coach, along with a plan, possible macro adjustments,advice and support for the upcoming week.Access to the Apotheo app to track progress including weight, measurements , habit goals, macronutrient goals and syncs with MyFitness Pal , MyMacros , MacrosFirst , Crononeter, Fitbit , and Apple Health or Google FitMessaging System within Apotheo to communicate with your coach anytime with questions.Meal Prep Tips and Food Suggestions.
