Ever since I was a little girl, I loved being active, but I never found a sport I enjoyed doing until I found CrossFit almost eight years ago. Since the first workout, I fell in love with the sport and how it challenges me physically and mentally. A coach once told me, “Your body can endure more than your mind thinks it can.” That quote has always stuck with me not only in the tough workouts but also in the challenging moments in life. I love coaching because it’s an opportunity to help others realize what they are capable of in fitness and everyday life. The discipline and resilience learned in the gym will impact your workouts, job, family life, and overall health. I am honored to be a part of your journey to become a more well-rounded individual.
When not in the gym, you could find me traveling the world, whipping up a yummy dessert, or reading a good book. I am currently pursuing a certification in nutrition.
