Program Description
Steadfast Masters is our CrossFit class specifically designed for seniors aged 60 and over. Due to the popularity of this class we are now offering it three times per week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 AM! This class focuses on building overall strength, particularly in the core and hips, while improving balance, stability, and flexibility. It also incorporates conditioning to boost cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, helping seniors stay active and healthy.
Core & Hip Strength:
Build a strong foundation for everyday movements.

Improve steadiness and reduce the risk of falls.
