Program Description
This specialized strength program is designed for student-athletes. We take an athlete centered approach and emphasize Olympic-style Weightlifting + general strength development to create dominant athletes at any level ready to excel in any sport.
We break the program up into three levels based on age and/or experience:
- BUILD is our 2-day per week program for athletes in grades 6-8. We offer classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm only. These focused sessions are meant to help young athletes build a strong foundation of proper movement patterns and lifting mechanics so that they can train safely and effectively for years to come.
- PERFORM is our 2-3 day per week program for high school/collegiate athletes. We offer classes Monday-Saturday at various times (see schedule below). This is a more advanced program meant to help athletes continue to develop strength, speed, power, agility, balance, coordination, accuracy, and flexibility in order to maximize performance for sport.
- LIFT is our competitive program(s) and is a 3+ day per week program for athletes who want to go all in and compete in the sports of either Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or the Super Total which combines both sports.
