Program Description

Steadfast Strength in Plain City is a comprehensive strength development program offered in a coach-led class setting, tailored for new and seasoned lifters.


Our programming integrates proven powerlifting techniques — including squats, presses, deadlifts, and bench presses — alongside classic bodybuilding methods for hypertrophy and accessory work. We also incorporate unique elements like odd objects, heavy holds, and gymnastics to create a well-rounded strength experience.
