Program Description

Our Powerlifting program is tailored for athletes who aim to compete in the sport of Powerlifting. Powerlifting is a sport centered on achieving maximal strength across three key lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, with athletes given three attempts at each lift. This program is perfect for high school, collegiate, or adult athletes eager to compete and push their strength limits.


Powerlifting is also ideal for high school or collegiate athletes looking to emphasize strength development for their sport, even if they don’t plan to compete in powerlifting. This advanced program requires athletes to either test in or receive an invitation to participate.

Max Strength Focus:

Master the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.

Advanced Access:
