Steadfast Burn is a coach-led, high-energy, and fast-paced class. Steadfast Burn will focus on conditioning and fat loss – participants will be challenged to push themselves alongside their peers as they move between workout stations within the 30 to 40 minute class time. Workouts will utilize minimal gym equipment and can easily be replicated at home, on the road, or individually in the gym.
