Short for Steadfast Barbell POWERLIFTING, our POWER-LIFT program is a Competitive Powerlifting program for athletes interested in competing. Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. This program is appropriate for high school, collegiate, and/or other adult athletes who are interested in competing.  
 
Steadfast POWER-LIFT is also great for high school or collegiate student athletes who really want to emphasize strength and power development for sport, but not necessarily to compete in Powerlifting as a sport. A more advanced program, athletes must either test into or be invited to participate.
